Meet Lilian Leone

This is where Lilian Leone's work begins.

Lilian is a movement specialist for longevity who helps people rebuild trust in their bodies—developing strength, mobility, and resilience in a way that feels sustainable and deeply supportive.

With over 20 years of dedicated practice and thousands of hours of teaching, her approach blends the depth of Yoga, the precision of Pilates, and a refined understanding of anatomy and intelligent movement. Her work is not about pushing harder or achieving perfect shapes, but about creating a body that feels capable, responsive, and at home.

Her journey began in 2006, when she first turned to yoga in search of change. What started as curiosity became a committed daily practice, and over time, a path of study, discipline, and teaching. Since 2009, her foundation in Ashtanga yoga has shaped her respect for structure, consistency, and inner awareness.

Clients are drawn to Lilian not only for her technical clarity, but for her ability to see the individual in front of her—to understand what their body needs and guide them with precision and care. Whether someone is navigating pain, rebuilding strength, or simply wanting to move and feel better, her work meets them where they are and supports meaningful progress.
